Abstract

An expression is derived for the non-stationary rate constant of bimolecular reactions in the quasiresonant approximation for particles with internal structure. The influence of S-T0 singlet-triplet transitions on the kinetics of neutral radical recombination in a magnetic field is examined. Asymptotic expressions for the rate constant of non-stationary recombination are obtained for both short and long times. It was found that an oscillatory regime exists in homogeneous reactions.
